A vibratory feeder that delivers fruit and vegetables into downstream processing machines at an even rate. Feed consistency is the whole purpose: a washer, cutter or grader fed in surges processes unevenly and jams, and the feeder in front of it determines how well the machine behind it performs. A vibratory motor drives the pan, and the same vibration that moves product along also separates food grains as they travel, so a degree of cleaning happens in transit rather than needing a separate stage. The structure is made entirely in high quality stainless steel, and the unit is specified for industrial duty.
