Food Warm Meat Slicing Machine
A slicer for cooked and warm meat, cutting pork, beef, lamb, chicken and squid into shreds, slices, strips or dice. Every piece leaves at the same thickness, which is the point of the machine: hand slicing cooked meat to a consistent gauge is slow and rarely uniform. It is supplied in tabletop form on 1 HP and a vertical type on 2 HP, both across 110 and 220V at 50 or 60 Hz, three phase. Discharge is over a sloping plate or board. The feed entrance is designed for operator safety. The machine is used in supermarket meat departments and restaurants as well as in processing, and handles chicken and squid shred, jellyfish, smoked duck, ham shreds, mushroom shreds, Taiwanese meatballs, and fillings for glutinous rice parcels and thick soups.
