High Speed Tea Bag Packing Machine with Box Device System
A high speed tea bag machine at 120 bags per minute that boxes the finished product directly instead of wrapping each bag in an envelope. Boxing counts are set to 25, 50 and 100, 30 and 60, or 20 and 40. Removing the envelope stage changes the economics of the line. Envelope material and the mechanism that applies it are both significant costs, and for tea sold by the box rather than by the individual sachet neither buys anything. The saving goes straight to unit cost on a format that sells in volume. The machine handles broken tea and similar herbs, running the complete cycle automatically: ration filling, heat sealing of the bag, thread pasting, tag linking, group dividing and counting. Maximum dosage is 6 cm³ into a 62.5 by 50 mm bag with a 210 mm thread and 28 by 24 mm tag. It runs 1.25 kW from AC 380V, weighs 540 kg and measures 1.7 by 0.9 by 2 metres.
