Macaroni making machinery covering extrusion, cutting, drying and cooling for short cut pasta production, supplied individually or as a complete line.
Where machinery is being added to an existing installation, matching the capacity of what remains is the first consideration, and in pasta lines that nearly always means checking the dryer. Fitting a faster extruder ahead of an unchanged dryer produces no additional finished pasta, only a queue of wet product. Contact us with details of your current line and target output.
