A multifunctional sesame roasting machine for roasting sesame seed ahead of tahini production, oil pressing, bakery topping or confectionery use, with adjustable temperature and time to reach a defined colour and aroma.
Sesame is unforgiving because the seed is small and reaches colour quickly, so a few minutes past the point turns a nutty roast bitter and the whole batch with it. Even distribution and a controlled discharge therefore matter more here than raw capacity. The roast profile also differs by end use: tahini wants a lighter roast than a bakery topping, and the same machine produces both by setting rather than modification.
