Nan Feng High Speed Tea Bag Packing Machine
A high speed tea bag machine producing 105 ± 5 bags per minute, combining filling, heat sealing, threading, labelling and over-wrapping in one pass. Maximum dosage is 15 cm³ into a 65 by 62.5 mm bag, wrapped in an 82 by 75 mm envelope. The significant change in this model is that sealing pads replace the sealing rollers used in earlier generations. Rollers constrain which laminates will seal reliably; pads widen that range considerably, and the machine accordingly runs paper/PE, plastic/foil/PE and plastic/PE materials. For a producer that buys packaging locally in several markets, that flexibility decides whether one machine can serve them all. An adjustable loading system allows different bag sizes to be filled on the same machine. It runs on 2.36 kW from AC 380V or 220V, weighs 1,210 kg and measures 1.688 by 1.33 by 2.205 metres.
