A granule packing machine filling and sealing free-flowing granular products such as sugar, salt, rice, pulses, seeds, feed pellets, granulated seasoning and fertiliser.
Granules are the easiest format to pack and the one where speed is limited by weighing rather than by flow. A volumetric cup filler is cheap and quick but its accuracy depends on consistent bulk density, so if your product varies between deliveries a multihead weigher will give you a closer fill and pay for itself in product not given away.
