A pani puri 2d 3d pellet snacks machine line producing the hollow puri shell and related 2D and 3D pellet snacks from a semolina or flour dough, formed, dried and later fried to expand.
Pani puri works on the same principle as any pellet snack: the shell is formed and dried flat, stores and ships compactly, and puffs into a hollow sphere only when it hits hot oil. The dough formulation and drying curve decide whether it puffs fully and stays hollow, which is the whole quality test for this product. Die changes give other 2D and 3D shapes.
