Peanut Butter Making Machine
A peanut butter making machine that grinds roasted peanuts into a smooth or crunchy paste, usually through a colloid mill arrangement that works the paste down to a fine particle size in one or two passes.
Peanut butter quality is a particle size question. Grind too coarse and the product feels gritty; grind without temperature control and the paste overheats, which affects both flavour and the way it separates in the jar. A two-stage grind with cooling is the usual answer for commercial output. The machine can be supplied as a single mill or as part of a line with roasting, peeling, grinding, mixing and filling. Contact EMC Machines Manufactures with your output target and we will propose the appropriate arrangement.
