Plate Pasteurizer
A plate pasteurizer heating liquid product to pasteurisation temperature, holding it for the required time and cooling it again, using a plate heat exchanger with regeneration so outgoing product preheats incoming.
Regeneration is what makes plate pasteurisation economic, recovering most of the heat rather than paying for it twice. The parts that matter for compliance are the holding tube, which must guarantee the time at temperature, and the flow diversion that sends under-temperature product back rather than forward. Plate gap is chosen for the product's viscosity and particulates. Contact us with your product, flow rate and pasteurisation specification for a selection.
