Food Processing Automatic Burger Press Machine

A meat automatic burger press machine forming minced meat into patties of controlled weight and diameter, continuously, with interleaving paper where the patties are to be stacked or frozen.

Patty weight consistency is what the machine is really for, since a patty over its declared weight gives product away on every unit and one under it is a labelling problem. Forming pressure is the other control, because a patty pressed too firmly eats dense and tough while one pressed too loosely falls apart on the grill. Contact us with your patty weight, diameter and required output for a recommendation.

Widely used in hotels, armies, dry cleaning shops, garments factories, suitable for wool, synthetic fibers and knitted wears.(body, collar, cuff, shoulder of sportswear, jacket etc)

A dog food press machine forming dog feed by compression rather than extrusion, pressing the prepared material through a die to produce a dense pellet or shaped piece.

Compression is simpler and cheaper to run than extrusion, at the cost of palatability and digestibility, since the formulation is not cooked during the process and the starch is not gelatinised. For economy products and bulk kennel feeding where cost per kilo governs the sale, that trade is usually acceptable. Contact us to discuss whether pressing or extrusion suits the product and market you are aiming at.
