Results for “Spice Chilli Powder Herbs Industrial Microwave Dehydrator”

An industrial microwave dehydrator for spices, chilli powder and herbs, drying and sterilizing in one pass.

Spices are the clearest case for microwave drying. Their value lies in volatile oils that hot air drives off, and the microbial limits set by export markets have traditionally been met by heat treatment that does exactly that. Microwave treatment meets the specification while retaining substantially more of the aroma and colour. Batch and continuous tunnel versions are available depending on whether you run campaigns or a steady line. Contact us with your product, throughput and target specification for sizing.
