Results for “Stainless Steel Open Fish and Seafood Display Refrigerator”

A stainless steel open fish and seafood display refrigerator presenting fresh fish on ice or on a chilled deck, in stainless steel construction suited to a wet counter and frequent washdown.

Fresh fish display is a presentation problem with a hygiene constraint. Stainless steel is specified because the counter is washed down throughout the day and anything else corrodes or holds odour. Drainage is the detail that separates a good cabinet from a poor one, since melting ice has to go somewhere and a cabinet that pools water will smell within a week. Contact us with your counter length and whether you display on ice or on a chilled deck.
